Open to companies who sell their own branded travel or international health insurance policies.

Entrants should demonstrate the following:

  • How have you met and exceeded customer expectations in the past 12 months? 
  • How have you adapted your products and services in light of the ongoing pandemic? 
  • How do you define the strength of your travel/health insurance products, and how have you enhanced your product offering over the past 12 months?
  • Are you providing cover for cancellation/trip interruption due to Covid (or any other virus)?
  • What actions have you taken over the pandemic to ensure the safety of your staff, while maintaining service to customers?

Entrants should demonstrate the following: 

  • How do you best balance the needs and expectations of both insureds and insurers?

  • How have you adapted your products and services in light of the ongoing pandemic?
  • When the next pandemic happens, what would you do differently, or change, and why?

Open to companies (including aggregators) who offer a range of international travel and/or health insurance policies that are provided by insurance companies or who offer their own insurance through an affinity partner. 

Entrants should demonstrate the following:

  • How do you see the use of aggregators/brokers/ affinity partners continuing to develop in the global travel/health insurance sphere? 
  • How have you adapted your products and/or services in light of the ongoing pandemic?

Open to companies who own or operate their own air ambulance fixed-wing aircraft. 

Entrants should demonstrate the following: 

  • Please provide details of your fleet and any specialist areas of operation – medically or geographically
  • Provide a case study or description of a mission that clearly demonstrates your capabilities and commitment to going above and beyond for your clients, particularly in light of the ongoing pandemic.

  • How do you ensure fair and reasonable pricing for international patients? 
  • How have you adapted your practices in light of the pandemic?
  • What changes in the travel market have impacted your company the most and how have you responded to the changes?
